Client: Long Beach Unified School District

Erickson-Hall is providing Lease-Leaseback services for the construction of a new three-story administration and classroom building, a two-story gymnasium with locker rooms and a standalone auditorium. The project also includes a new campus courtyard, with green spaces designed to support outdoor learning. The largest project in company history, the 5-acre campus will be completely reimagined. The new campus facilities are thoughtfully designed to provide spaces for advanced programs like robotics and also include an underground parking structure topped with an all-weather field and courts, maximizing available space. By reimagining the school’s physical environment, the new campus promises to create dynamic learning spaces that meet the evolving needs of students, staff, and teachers.
