This is the final increment (2B) of the comprehensive modernization project at Washington Middle School in Long Beach. Erickson-Hall is serving as the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for the "Maple ES New Kitchen Remodel" project for Hesperia Unified School District to be delivered CM Single-Prime. Goal of the project is to provide an on campus kitchen by converting the existing classroom in Building #2 east wing into a warming kitchen with a serving window to an existing lunch area (open courtyard) and construct a new exterior walk-in freezer. There will be site improvements as well which include site work on the south parking, path of travel, signage, re-striping, and replacement of non-compliant drinking fountain at exterior of Building #2. |

Scope of work to include: Construction of a new Fire Station No. 11 for the City of Chula Vista. The station is a 11,790 sq. ft building, with 3 Apparatus bays, 10 Dormitories, Kitchen, Dining, Restrooms, Day Room, Exercise Room, Offices, Workshop, Storage, EMS, Fire Control Room, Data Room, Electrical Room, and other supporting spaces. Type-v wood frame construction, concrete tile roof and SBS roof. The station is equipped with mechanical, plumbing, electrical system, vehicle exhaust removal system, station alerting system, fire alarm system, and NFPA 13 automatic fire sprinkler system.
