Val Verde Central Kitchen

Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for the construction of a brand-new, 19,400-square-foot kitchen facility to serve all the schools in the district. The kitchen facility features premium equipment, packaging facilities, depressed freezers and forklift-accessible walk-in coolers. The space also includes amenities such as administration offices, a break room and restroom facilities. A double-bay loading dock accommodates semi-trucks and box trucks, plus it houses an emergency backup generator for critical operations.
