Client: University of Southern California

Erickson-Hall provided Design-Build services for a new 16,960 SF fire station housing 6 essential service vehicles in 2 apparatus bays, crew quarters for 19 emergency personnel, offices, a conference room, a handball court, a fitness room, and a kitchen/dining area. The scope of work included construction of LAFD specific facility items such as a 4,000-gallon fuel storage tank, a vehicle exhaust removal system, a turnout extractor, an emergency backup generator, and a 30-foot hose-drying tower.

“Having Erickson-Hall join with WLC early in the design phase provided an excellent platform to identify and resolve issues in a positive team environment. The team’s ability to take a leadership role in overcoming several significant challenges, contributed greatly to the successful outcome of the project.”
