Erickson-Hall provided Design-Build services for a 7,200 SF fire station housing a 2-engine apparatus bay, a stainless steel medical supply room, a full service kitchen, a dining room, a day room, an exercise room, crew quarters, and captain’s office. A meandering bio-filtration swale was installed throughout the site along with a seismic event early warning system which will open the apparatus bay doors and alert the crew just before an earthquake.
