Erickson-Hall provided Design-Build services for a 9,500 SF fire station housing a 2-engine apparatus bay, a kitchen, crew quarters, a day room, a workout room, and offices. The placement of the fire station meets both the City of Stanton and OCFA’s square footage requirements within a unique lot layout accommodating minimal space restrictions. Some notable/sustainable features include vegetated bio swales, a storm water treatment system, LED parking lot lighting, a state-of-the-art energy management system, and lighting controls.
“This letter is offered to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional performance and outstanding results achieved by your firm in the design and construction of OCFA Fire Station 46, Stanton. The project was a model of efficiency, cooperation and competence. The building design achieved the maximum utility from a difficult site. The craftsmanship in construction distinguishes your from all others I have encountered. The fire station is functional, comfortable and beautiful.”
