Erickson-Hall provided Design-Build services for a single-story, 9,568 SF fire station housing a 3-vehicle apparatus bay, a kitchen, a dining room, a day room, a fitness room, a laundry room, a turnout gear room, a compressor room, a workshop/tool room, and living quarters for 8 crew members. The scope of work included the construction of an outdoor patio, and enclosures housing the emergency generator and above ground fuel tank.
