Design-build delivery of a single-story, 9,568 SF station housing a 3-vehicle apparatus bay, kitchen, dining room, day room, fitness room, laundry room, turnout gear room, compressor room, workshop/tool room and living quarters for 8 crew members. Scope of work included construction of an outdoor patio, and enclosures housing the emergency generator and above ground fuel tank.
