Client: City of Santa Fe Springs
This 14,581 SF renovation project included demolition of the existing interior to provide tenant improvements including new partitions, ceilings, interior finishes including a custom built fireplace, public meeting spaces, staff offices, staff lounge with kitchen, updated restrooms, and public reading areas. Updated electrical and plumbing systems were installed. Construction of the exterior Reading Gardens included new concrete seating area, ornamental fencing, and new irrigation systems.
