Client: San Dieguito Union High School District
Erickson-Hall performed CM Multi-Prime services for the demolition of 3 existing buildings to make way for the construction of a new two-story, 30,000 SF classroom building housing math and science classrooms. The math classrooms feature architectural casework with custom teaching walls. The science classrooms are equipped with acid/flammable storage cabinets, epoxy-topped laboratory casework, sinks, gas turrets, fume hoods, glassware drying racks, and emergency eyewash/shower stations. In addition, the scope of work included the installation of a centrally located elevator.
