Construction of a new two-story, 10,590 SF fire station housing 9 dorm rooms, a kitchen/dining room, a dayroom, a watch room, an exercise room, a lounge, and three apparatus bays. The new station features an extroverted street side balcony above a private BBQ courtyard.
