Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for the historical renovation of an existing high school auditorium built in 1958 with a retro 1970’s look. The building was completely reconstructed and renovated to include new structural, electrical, HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, lighting, sound, and theatrical systems. Oversight of the design and construction was performed by the historical preservation society.
