Client: Sweetwater Union High School District
Erickson-Hall is providing CM Multi-Prime services for the construction of two new two-story buildings totaling 13,522 SF. A new Administration and Student Support Building will centralize essential services, including counseling, special education, and administrative offices, and streamline operations and student accessibility. Additionally, a Multi-Purpose Center will provide flexible space for various student activities, events, and programs. The campus will also undergo redesigns, featuring a reimagined student quad and new campus entrance, which will enhance aesthetics, security, and functionality. The project also encompasses ADA upgrades including accessible parking and pathways, ensuring an inclusive environment for all students, staff, and visitors.

“We’re thrilled to start work on these new facilities, which reflect our District’s commitment to creating exceptional learning environments for our students. By investing in modern, student-centered spaces, we are empowering the next generation to excel and achieve their full potential.”

Moisés G. Aguirre, Ed.D., Superintendent of Sweetwater Union High School District.
