Client: Anaheim Union High School District
Erickson-Hall performed Lease-Leaseback services for the construction of a new two-story, 22,161 SF Center of Excellence at Magnolia High School focusing on cyber security curriculum, the first of its kind in the nation. Along with the new building, the school received an 8,020 SF covered outdoor walkway, parking lot upgrades, the demolition of Building K, and the renovation of Building M. The high school’s 25m x 25yd pool was also renovated and received a new concrete pool deck, pool equipment and system, new bleachers and benches, a shade canopy, storage area, and restrooms. The existing campus was also modernized with new HVAC units and the renovation of two classroom spaces, a new courtyard with a presentation wall, new landscaping, and a kiln enclosure. This project also encompassed the renovation of the Cook Auditorium and the site development of the Community Farm.

“Erickson-Hall’s lease-leaseback team has been a great partner. They are always ready to assist with budgeting and scheduling to meet District needs. They helped facilitate design issues by bringing in the necessary trade contractors to work hand-in-hand with our design professionals. It became clear to me that Erickson-Hall has mastered the art of executing complex construction on an occupied school campus recognizing project sites are schools first, a construction site second. Their staff always puts the safety of students and campus first.”
