Construction of a new 11,000 SF City Hall building housing the Council Chamber with sloped stadium seating to accommodate 120 citizens and overflow viewing stations throughout the lobby and main corridor. The facility features an expansion lobby, and also houses breakrooms, offices for city council members and staff, City Manager, and the IT Department.
