Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for construction of a new three-story structural steel 86,000 SF Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics Building housing a computer lab, robotics lab, administration area, lobby, conference rooms, career center, media center, IT check out, prep rooms, elevator, restrooms, record room with moveable storage cabinets, 8 science labs, 2 chemistry labs, and 17 classrooms with two-story window curtain walls. Over 1.5 million pounds of steel were used for this building.
