Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for the modernization of 15 classroom buildings, construction of 3 new classroom buildings including an MPR, restrooms, construction of two new kindergarten buildings totaling 2,805 SF each, the construction of a new 8,085 SF classroom building, and the relocation of 12 modular buildings. The site was modified with new parent drop-offs, parking, play areas with new equipment, and the widening of all drive entrances. The scope of work included 4 new basketball courts, 2 playgrounds, 2 shade structures, a library, a nurses station, an admin area, and a teacher’s lounge.
