Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for the construction of a new Athletic complex on the existing La Mirada High School campus. The scope of work included two softball fields, one baseball field, one baseball infield practice field, two concession buildings (one for softball and one for baseball), bleachers at the softball and baseball fields, a baseball team room, a storage building, 5 basketball courts, 4 volleyball courts, one football/soccer field, 6 tennis courts, 5 PC shade structures, 2 PC scoreboards, and sports lighting throughout. The site work encompassed an ADA path of travel, electrical improvements, grounds and parking improvements, repaving of concrete outside of the existing MPR, and a campus-wide ornamental steel fence.
