Erickson-Hall performed Lease-Leaseback services for the modernization of the existing Administration Building and Multi-Purpose Building, including kitchen facilities and the addition of Building B, a two-story 26,500 SF building, and Building C, a two-story 30,000 SF building. The existing library was upgraded with state-of-the-art technology. Site improvements included a reconfiguration of the parking lot to improve student drop-off and pick-up, extensive landscape upgrades, new shade structure playgrounds, and utility upgrades. Construction activities were coordinated and executed on an active elementary school campus without disruption to the learning environment while ensuring the constant safety of students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors.
