Erickson-Hall performed CM Multi-Prime services for the construction of a new K-8 STEAM Academy. The scope of work encompassed 4 permanent buildings totaling approximately 47,000 SF: an Administration Building, a Multi-Purpose Building with Food Service, and two Classroom Buildings, plus relocation, installation, and refurbishment of 10 portable classroom buildings from other campuses in the School District. The buildings are slab-on-grade, stucco on stud, and some steel frame, with parapet walls typical and low-slope steel roofing, with solar panels. The scope of work also included 100 parking stalls, a temporary bus drop-off, athletic fields, shade structures, playground structures, associated site hardscape, and landscaping.
