Erickson-Hall provided demolition and reconstruction of the Orange Vista High School Stadium along with new construction of the campus Gymnasium Building. The Stadium scope of work included installation of new synthetic field and track, bleachers, construction of concessions buildings with restrooms, ticket booths, and various site/infrastructure improvements, including a new parking lot. The Gymnasium Building is a 15,500 SF high bay, wood floor gym with motorized equipment for basketball, volleyball and wrestling, as well as motorized bleachers for over 2,000 spectators. Supporting spaces included a dance room, a wrestling room, a weight room, boys and girls locker rooms and showers, complete laundry facilities, coach and trainer offices, girls and boys restrooms, a ticket booth, administrative offices, a co-ed team room with complete A/V equipment, and a co-ed training room with physical therapy equipment.
