Erickson-Hall provided Design-Assist services for a 45,000 square foot, two-story Children’s Ministry Building. The scope of work included demolition of seven buildings and renovation of Parking Lot A to create a more significant main entrance to the campus. The building components included state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, LED lighting, and HVAC systems with energy saving controls and software programs. The site improvements encompassed parking lot reconstruction, permeable pavers with bio-retention basins, the installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Encino Dr. and 17th Street, concrete planters, seat walls, and landscaping.
“Reflecting back on our experience, I have no hesitation in recommending EHCC to those who desire to work with an extremely competent, professional, and caring team. They understand well and have a heart for working with the special needs of religious entities. I’m looking forward to our next opportunity to partner with EHCC once again.”
