Client: City of El Cajon
Construction of the 9,369 SF El Cajon Fire Station No. 8 included a stucco and metal roof building consisting of a two and one half drive through apparatus bay, an administrative area, a maintenance work room, living quarters, site paving designed for fire vehicles, flatwork for outdoor walks and patios, masonry screen walls, and landscape areas. The project included demo of the existing old site parking lot elements such as asphalt paving, light poles, dilapidated landscaping, and asphalt berms.
