Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for multiple phases of modernization to the existing campus.

Phase 1A included the demolition of existing Building D to make way for the construction of a new 5,220 SF Multi-Purpose Building housing four attached classrooms with restrooms, an office with storage, 2 gang restrooms, and a Food Service Facility with a roll-up window/door. The scope also encompassed the expasion of Building B to include technology/FACP/ electrical updates, MDF demolition, and the replacement of the administrative entry door. The site work included the demolition of the existing playground, a new trash enclosure, new site utilities, landscape and irrigation, new fencing and gates, and a new stormwater conveyance system.

Phase 1B included the modernization of the 32,000 SF structural steel classroom Building C to include metal stud infill and glazing, a connecting bridge to another classroom building, upgrades to restrooms, and a central interior hallway that divides the building.
