Erickson-Hall provided Lease-Leaseback services for the construction of a new two-story, 21,720 SF Classroom Building encompassing two towers connected by an open-air bridge. The new classroom building features floor to ceiling glass windows and houses classrooms, offices, a teachers’ lounge, 3 science classrooms, covered walkways, and outdoor staircases. The scope of work also encompassed construction of a new 13,990 SF Gymnasium Building (Building P) housing a stage/performance platform, retractable bleachers, and one large sports court with multiple striping patterns that can be used as a basketball court, practice courts, and volleyball courts. The gymnasium was constructed using metal stud framing and CMU block walls. The Lease-Leaseback delivery services also provided the modernization of 15 existing classroom buildings which included gut and remodel of 4 restrooms, replacement of barred window units for all classrooms, new exterior paint, and demolition of 4 portable classrooms to make way for a new parking lot and fire lane. Complete gut and remodel of two 3,600 SF locker room buildings, a new roof system on 4 existing buildings, exterior paint for all existing buildings, and installation of new signage and graphics throughout the campus. The site work included a new soccer field, 3,500 SF of new basketball courts, 3 new parking lots with lighting and planters, reconfiguration of the existing parking lot, a new bus drop-off, landscaping, new fire water supply, an alarm system, a new storm drainage systems with two retention vaults and multiple catch basins, a new irrigation pump and controllers, and associated site work.
