Erickson-Hall provided CM Multi-Prime services for a new 14,029 SF Multi-Purpose building, constructed of a concrete slab-on-grade and concrete masonry walls with a steel framed roof system, housing a gym with volleyball/basketball courts. The gym has rubberized sports flooring, gang restrooms, and three unisex restrooms, dimmable solatubes, data/electrical rooms, exterior and interior janitorial rooms, and storage areas. The scope of work also included retractable side bleachers, stage, kitchen, library, restrooms, and storage areas. The building features a state-of-the-art sound system, theatrical lighting, scoreboards, a projector and projector screen, and interactive touch screens in the library. The site work included the installation of 5 new parking stalls with ADA access, 2 shade shelters, a food service delivery drive, a carwash station, and selective landscaping.
