Client: City of Anaheim
Design-Build delivery of a single-story, 9,547 SF fire station housing living quarters for a total of eight crew members. Shared spaces include a kitchen, dining room, day room, fitness room, storage room, and an open office. Site improvements consisted of an outdoor patio, public parking, secured staff parking, and durable covered enclosures that house the emergency generator, above-ground fuel tank, and trash enclosure.
