Winchester, CA – Erickson-Hall Construction Co., in partnership with Hemet Unified School District, recently celebrated the groundbreaking of Pleasant Valley Elementary School. This new 38,000 square-foot facility will serve students in K-5th grade as a transformative hub for academic growth and development.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place on Wednesday, June 18 at 10 a.m., bringing together Erickson-Hall leaders, District officials, school faculty and community members to commemorate the milestone.
The facility will consist of seven brand-new classroom buildings and a well-equipped multi-purpose room. In order to ensure that the school’s exterior is inviting and accessible, the project also includes three expansive parking lots and new landscaping throughout the site.
“We are honored to collaborate with Hemet Unified School District to construct this cutting-edge facility where students can thrive,” said Mat Gates, President of Erickson-Hall Construction Co. “We look forward to creating a space that can meet the current and long-term needs of students, and serve as a significant investment in the broader community.”
