Our Internship program provides meaningful, hands-on experiences, including opportunities to work in project development, project management, field supervision, or pre-construction operations. Interns assume a wide variety of responsibilities, ensuring a solid understanding of the fundamentals of our business.

To help advance your technical and professional skills during your time at Erickson-Hall, you’ll be encouraged to take full advantage of the in-person training taught by industry and subject matter experts. The summer culminates with a closing interview designed to deliver business value and showcase your knowledge of driving factors behind Erickson-Hall’s business while forming lasting bonds with your peers and engaging with company leadership.

(extension opportunity to 12 weeks)

Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and San Diego county locations.
