Interns learn from some of the most skilled individuals in our industry. Expect to be exposed to a range of state-of-the-art building developments and projects that require your skills to meet goals around scheduling, quality, and safety. Daily interactions with project managers, subcontractors, architects, and engineers will lay the groundwork for your budding career in construction.

Our Internship program provides meaningful, hands-on experiences, including opportunities to work in project development, project management, field supervision, or pre-construction operations. Interns assume a wide variety of responsibilities, ensuring a solid understanding of the fundamentals of our business.

The summer culminates with a closing interview designed to deliver business value and showcase your knowledge of driving factors behind Erickson-Hall’s business while forming lasting bonds with your peers and engaging with company leadership.
