ERICKSON-HALL CONSTRUCTION CO. HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE-LEASEBACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE LA MIRADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PLAYGROUNDS, AND ADA UPGRADES AT SEVEN (7) SCHOOL SITES. Scope of work to include: At seven (7) elementary schools sites we will be demolishing and removing Kindergarten and/or Primary playground structures and play surfacing. In addition, we are doing minor ADA renovations to the site and restrooms. Trades included but not limited to: survey, site demolition/earthwork, play structure/surfacing removal, new play structures and new rubberized play surfacing, concrete curbs/sidewalks, fencing and gate hardware, toilet accessories, signage, ceramic tile patching, final cleaning, and landscape /irrigation repairs. Scope of work to include: Partial demolition of existing structure and site elements for the modernization of four existing BLDG’s: “S”, “T -WEST”, “T -EAST”, AND “W”. Scope also includes swimming pool replacement, small lobby addition (BLDG “T-East”), and a new BLDG (“U”) for swimming pool equipment.
