Scope of work to include: Replacement of the steel lobby windows and window supports above the east façade canopy at Barnum Hall. Steel window frames, sash, and glazing will be replaced to match those of the existing windows. Replacement of door jambs below the east facade canopy at Barnum Hall. Jambs to be replaced with steel box columns, jambs, and trim to match existing construction. |

ERICKSON-HALL CONSTRUCTION CO. HAS BEEN SELECTED AS THE LEASE-LEASEBACK CONTRACTOR FOR THE ARROYO VALLEY HS AND INDIAN SPRINGS HS - SPORTS LIGHTING PROJECT
Scope of work to include: Installation of pole mounted sports lighting and related electrical infrastructure at Arroyo Valley HS and Indian Springs HS in San Bernardino. Scope includes associated site trenching and replacement of softscape and hardscape in kind. San Bernardino City Unified School District (SBCUSD) requires prequalification. Contractors that intend to bid or propose to perform work under a C-4, C-7, C-10, C-16, C-20, C-34, C-36, C-38, C-42, C-43, and/or C-46 license (s) and that intend to bid or submit a proposal as a first-tier subcontractor to a general contractor (prime contractor) that is bidding or submitting a proposal directly to the District. Bidding Instructions Submitting Sealed Bids: All Bids must be addressed, sealed in an envelope, and received by Erickson-Hall Construction Co., 11810 Pierce Street, #150, Riverside CA, no later than the bid closing date and time noted in the bid documents. Bid documents that arrive after the bid closing date and time will be returned unopened to the Contractor and will not be considered.
