Design-Assist delivery of a 3-story, 12,383 SF Children’s Ministry Building and an 8,000 SF courtyard. Construction was executed on the busy Mount of Olives campus with site access extremely limited. The new facility features “Kid City” themed rooms and houses classrooms, offices, workrooms, storage rooms and a four-stop elevator. The new building is interconnected with an exterior steel walkway to the adjacent nursery building.
