Erickson-Hall performed Design-Build services for a major campus modernization consisting of a new Multi-Purpose Building housing a gymnasium, a stage/platform, a weight room, boys and girls locker rooms, coach offices, an ASB student store, and equipment and storage rooms; an Administration Building housing a lobby, restrooms, administrative offices, conference rooms and workrooms; a new Food Service Building housing a full service kitchen and servicing windows. The scope of work included demolition and abatement of existing 50-year-old buildings prior to start of construction.
