Project File 800-2026-5. Erickson-Hall is serving as the CONSTRUCTION MANAGER for the "Fire Station Restroom Upgrades" project for Rancho Cucamonga Fire Protection District (District) to be delivered as a CM Single-Prime. The scope of work to be performed by Bid Package No. 01 (Contractor) consists of, but not limited to, the renovation/ remodel of the firefighter restroom facilities at Fire Station No. 173, 174, and 175. The restroom renovation layout has been developed to satisfy the operational needs (privacy, gender neutral, accessibility) of the District. The interior renovations are taking place at the location of the existing restroom/shared facilities. They will provide the fire station with individual/single-use private facilities. In addition, at Fire Station No. 174, the flooring in the kitchen and connected hallway will be replaced with a durable epoxy terrazzo finish for improved longevity and ease of maintenance. In addition, at Fire Station No. 175, there will be roof mechanical systems and roof repairs work. |
