Lease-leaseback delivery of 3,200 seat bleachers for stadium, including a new press box. Scope of work also included new ADA site upgrades, new concrete ramps, stairs, walkways and asphalt flatwork. Two new bathroom buildings on each side of the new bleachers along with a new concessions building all built with CMU walls. Other new features included new electrical infrastructure and switch-gear, hydro-station and bottle-filling drinking fountains, monument sign, and stadium lighting.
