Design-build delivery of a 16,960 SF fire station housing 6 essential service vehicles in 2 apparatus bays, crew quarters for 19 emergency personnel, offices, conference room, a handball court, a fitness room and a kitchen/dining area. Scope of work included construction of LAFD specific facility items such as a 4,000-gallon fuel storage tank, vehicle exhaust removal system, turnout extractor, emergency backup generator and a 30-foot hose-drying tower.
