Design-Build delivery of a new 3,800 square foot wood-framed preschool building on a 7 acre lot. The project features an exterior tower and houses 2 classrooms, 3 restrooms, a break room, an ADA compliant restroom and director’s office. Scope of work includes 2 new playground areas with rubberized surfacing and a 155,000 square foot parking lot upgrade to include 4″ of new AC paving and new striping.
