Lease-leaseback delivery of a new state-of-the-art facility of the entire elementary school campus. Scope of work included five new one and two story block and steel frame buildings, new site utilities and infrastructure, new playground and removal of the entire existing campus on a 4.5 acre lot. Total building interior space is over 60,000 SF with roof structures over 100,000 SF.
