Design-Assist delivery of a 45,000 square foot, 2-story Children’s Ministry Building. Scope of work included demolition of seven buildings and renovation of Parking Lot A to create a more significant main entrance to the campus. Building systems included state-of-the-art audio and visual technology, LED lighting and HVAC systems with energy saving controls and software programs. Site improvements encompassed parking lot reconstruction, permeable pavers with bio-retention basins, installation of a new traffic signal at the intersection of Encino Dr. and 17th Street, concrete planters, seat walls and landscaping.
