ERICKSON-HALL IS COMPETING FOR THE LEASE LEASE-BACK CONSTRUCTION OF JORDAN HS MAJOR RENOVATION PHASE 2A - BLDGS 100(A) & 400(G)

Modernization / Renovation of Building 100 (6,932 SF), Building 400 (14,940 SF) and Parking lot expansion. Work includes but not limited to demolition, grading, asphalt paving, landscaping, concrete, masonry, structural steel, metal deck, rough carpentry, casework, waterproofing, insulation, fireproofing, sheet metal, wall panels, doors/frames/hardware, glass / storefront, plaster, framing, drywall, ceramic tile, flooring, wall coverings, FRP, paint, marker/tackboards, flagepole, signage, lockers, toilet accessories, projection screens, food service equipment, window coverings, library equipment, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, low voltage (data, security, FA, TV, etc). 

MEP subcontractors shall be prequalified by the District to perform construction work as a first tier subcontractor on the Project pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6. Prequalification submittals due by 06/29/17 if not currently listed as a prequalified contractor with the District.

Subcontractors must comply with SB-693 - Skilled and Trained Workforce
